In-Process Inspection

In-Process Inspection involves verifying and approving the first batch of products during production to ensure they meet both customer specifications and our internal quality standards. This inspection is carried out in real-time, allowing any deviations to be addressed immediately. The equipment used for process control includes the Tensile Tester, Crock Meter, Spectrophotometer, Thickness Gauge, Weighing Balance, and Measuring Tape, which help monitor key parameters throughout the production cycle.

Process Monitoring and Control

Process Monitoring and Control involves the establishment, verification, and ongoing monitoring of predefined parameters throughout the production process. This ensures continuous tracking of key aspects such as thickness, width, weight, and temperature. The system allows for precise adjustments to the coating heads, enabling control over weight, thickness, speed, and width in real time to maintain optimal production standards.

Final Inspection:

Final Inspection consists of testing and verifying both the physical parameters and visual appearance of the product according to customer specifications. Each jumbo roll undergoes verification for physical parameters, and 100% of the material is checked for visual appearance. Once the material passes both visual and physical tests, it is approved for dispatch to the customer. Equipment used in the lab for final inspection includes the Tensile Strength Tester, Flexing Machine, Abrasion Tester, Crock Meter, Bursting Strength Tester, Spectrophotometer, Water Absorption and Desorption Tester, Water Vapor Permeability Tester, and Water Vapor Coefficient Tester, ensuring thorough assessment and quality assurance.

Incoming (Receiving) Inspection

Inward Inspection involves the testing and verification of each raw material to ensure that only the right materials are used in the production process. This includes quality control of raw materials such as Resin, Plasticizers, Stabilizers, Pigments, Additives, Fabric, Release Paper, and Packing Materials, along with the verification of supplier test reports. Any nonconforming materials are rejected and returned to the supplier. The lab is equipped with various tools such as a Lab Coater, Bar Coater, Hot Air Circulating Oven, Tensile Strength Tester, Ford Cup, Viscometer, Hydrometer, and more, to conduct thorough assessments.
